About the Director

Lisa Wickline is passionate about helping women find freedom from past abuse, alcohol and drug addictions.  Her mission is to help women find their worth, value and true identity.  She believes her purpose is to encourage and give hope to women who have hit the pit of despair and hopelessness. Lisa’s mentorship empowers women to make life altering changes that point them to Jesus. She believes every woman can find freedom from these bondages if she takes the first steps in making a conscious effort to seek God.

Although addictions and abuse held her captive on and off for most of her life, she now lives free by the grace of God. Lisa’s life exemplifies a story of grace after conquering alcohol, drug and sex abuse. Her story of miraculous healing, redemption, and restoration gives continual grace to God.

A compassion for women living under oppression inspired her passion for Road of Grace Disciple House. Her gifts from God instill encouragement and motivate women to desire a change.

Lisa’s transparent delivery allows women to open their hearts and be drawn to Christ. She is described by her peers as energetic, inspirational and real.

She has served at her local church in 318 School of Ministry, children’s ministry, pastoral care ministry, prayer ministry and prison ministry.  Lisa has taught the “10 commandments of dating” over the past year through women’s small groups.

Lisa is a proven leader, communicator, and motivator with a fair and balanced approach to life, family and career. She has held executive and global management positions in Corporate America for 20 years in the areas of global procurement, supply chain, program and project management, sales, and operations. Lisa received  Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and has received numerous awards for her ability to manage cross-functional and global teams in worldwide markets.

Her business travels have taken her across the globe and throughout the United States. Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas where she played Volleyball and Basketball and now sits on the Schreiner Former Students Association as Director.  Currently she manages a Women In Business Laptop business as Business Manager and holds a Director of Business Development position at Charlie Bravo Aviation. She is a graduate of the 318 School of Ministry (Celebration Church) and of Austin School of Protocol.

Living in the Georgetown, Texas area Lisa enjoys life with her daughters Ashley, 12 and Hailey, 9 and surrounds herself with great friends and family.
